Lily Update

I absolutly love my dog! She is amzing but she isn't cheap. We took her to the vet because she was ichy and they weren't really able to tell me why. They just said she has allereys and sensitive skin. We are so blessed to have her. She learns fast. She also has cute habits like hopping around and when I lay on the floor ahe tries to dig into my head so I'll be holding her. She is such a good dog. She has been a little sick latly but she is getting better.

I am also glad to report that Jack is now a Hemlet wearing bicycle rider. He doesn't like it very much but he really likes his head they way it is, except for the hair of course. So that is a happy report right!!!

The Amazing Jack!!!!

So Jack has been very busy late but has again found his love for exercising. He has been running daily and has gotten up to running four and half miles all at one time. When he doesn't run he is also likes to ride is bike to the beach and back. After one of his exercises he came home all excited and happy. He was running and jumping around. He then starting to jump up and down and asked me to tell him how far his feet got off the ground. When he jumped and wasn't happy with the distance that I saw he was determined to show me that he could jump over the furniture. So he moved the chair and proceeded to jump over it. I was very amazed that he could clear the chair I just had to get a picture. I was not easy to get a picture which meant Jack had to jump over and over and over and over again until I got the picture. So he truly is my Amazing Jack!!!!

AND YES THIS IS THE BEST SHOT THAT I COULD GET!!!!! NICE BUTT, RIGHT?

Time is going way to fast!!!!

I haven't blogged in so long and so much has happened. I still need to blog about out vacation in West Virginia, but don't have that much time. So last month I offered to make a cake on the last sunday of every month for a meeting that Jack and I had been attending. So I also needed a cake for a bon fire that our street was havving and I found the perfect cake. It was most likly the best tasting cake I've ever made. We had a great time and everyone really appriciated my cakes. (sorry for the spelling)

Summer Vacation!!

Jack and I went to West Virginia this summer and I have been behind. I have awesome memories of cooking, sewing, and farm life. I learned how to feed and take care of animals, make butter, soap, and many crafty things. I also learned need to have God in my life from my grandma and my hard working and sudborness from my grnadma. I love all tha I have learned from my trips to the farm and was very excited to share them with Jack. He wasn't as excited as I was but how could he, he didn' t know what to expect. I know that he had a good time and especially enjoied the time off. Here are some of the picture I took.

The barn is in the center of the side yard its the first thing you see when you go outside.
This is the upper chicken coupe, where the ducks live and the injured animals.
And this is the lower chicken coupe where there are lots of chickens and eggs of course.
Old rusty horse shoes, chickens and ducks.
This is the oppistie side of the house and the four car garage. My grandpa built this garage and laid the drive way. It is beautiful.

Jack learned and drove the tracker around the farm
This is my grandparents old dog that is have problems with cancer but he is an awesome dog.
The kitchen is small but we love working close together.
This is the town liberary. It s moblie home and very cute.

First Anniversary!!!!

Hey well as most of you already know yesturday was Jack and I's first year wedding aniversary. We had a very awesome day together. In the morning he woke up before me and got me my all time favorite breakfast of Burger King cini mini's. I love them they are so good but not really good for you. Then we did a walk jog. Jack jogged and I walked our dog Lily and the neighbor dog George. Just a little side note: Lily is doing very good, she sleeps all night, has just started training and can sit, a anwser to her name, and knows the word No. We are still working on potty training and the barking. She is an amazing addition to our family and Im sure that God picked this dog for me. After our exercise, we turned in our financel aid and I only have to pay 34 dollars for all my classes next semester. Then we went to the bank and then Jack was great and went mall walking with me and he was very patient. In the mall I bought and new pink collar and a blue cow for Lily. I also got a shirt that says security on the back. I put up a picture later. Jack also purchased a new watch and I up graded my rings. Pictures will come soon. We also at lunch at Olive Garden with was wonderful as usual. When ate dinner at Macoroni Grill with Mom and I got to take a nap not in that order. Lily had dog training too so we split up for that. After class, Jack and I cut into our One year old wedding cake. The cake was pretty good and we will always have the memories. I am still so much in love with my Jack. He is very supportive and really caress for me. I am so blessed to have found him and for him to be my Husband. On another side note Jack has a new calling as the Cub Scout Bear leader. Jack doesn't show it that much on the outside But I think he is really excited. We are also signed up to take the Temple prep classes this summer. So in the end life is good just fabulously. School has two weeks left and then off to West Virginia. We miss our far away family and Think of you guys often. Love all.

Baby Lily

My Baby!!

So I went to the pound and a week later I am the proud new owner of a Baby puppy. Her name is Lily, which is the name the pound gave her and she already anwsered to it so I left it. She is very attached to me which I love. She follows me around and likes me better than Jack. The cats are adjusting. J.J. could absolutly care less, and Alyssa tries to attack her ever once in a while. I am so happy even though having a puppy is a lot of work and she makes me tried but it is most definitly worth it. Pictures in the next blog.

Las Vegas Summer '08

Hey everyone look at me Im finally have a new blog. So just a quick update. School is out and finals are over. Summer school starts tomorrow so this is kind of late. Since Jack and I have one week in between school, we decided it would be a good time to go to Vegas and see some family. We hadn't made any real plans of what to do once we got there but that didn't stop us from having a great time. On Friday I had my princess party and it turned out just fine. Two parties down two more to go. Then I also went with Emily to the Tanning place, and it was definitly an experience. I of course burned because my skin is not use to see the light, but now I have a really nice tan and I can say that I've been tanning. One more thing to cross of my list of things to do. That night we also went to the movies and saw Iron Man which was pretty good, and ate at a Mexican Resturant were I made a foul of myself trying to figure out what a dough cup was? Long humiliating story. Saturday Jack and Emily went to the Richard Petty driving experience and got to ride along at 165 miles per hour. I went to Great Harvest which is the best bread shop I've ever been too. Then when Jack got back we went to M&M World which was absolutly amazing. I could not believe all the M&M stuff they make. I purchased a Back scrater and some M&M's. We also checked out the Coke Cola place which was small but still interesting and Jack got some new Adidas for running. That night I spent the night at Marylin and Jimmy's house and really injoyed waking up in the morning with Alexis and Grace. They are both so cute. On Sunday we went to Church which is always an experience with Grace. I also went to primary for the first time and had a blast. Once back at the Holler's house Amy and I spent a good part of the afternoon making dinner while Jack ran around with the kids. We had such a wonderful time in Las Vegas and it was good to beable to get there and just relax. I really wished we lived closer to family. Love you guys.

We have Sunflowers!!

My sunflowers have finally bloomed and they are little but beautiful!!!

Oh Happy Days!!!

I have been working in the kitchen for two straight days and my arm is sore. On Tuesday I had my Tastfully Simple party. So I woke up at 8 30 and started by making bread, which I never want to do again. Each step in the process takes time. And while the bread was rising I made six different dips, which eguals more stirring. Then I made three loafs of bread and two cheese balls. I really like the food but I wouldn't recommend making all the food in one day. The same day I also tried to donate blood but I had not eatten very well and my iron wasn't high enough so I only was able to register to be a bone marrow donator. The party was a good time and I was able to inform some people of a company they hadn't heard of. This is the bread dip holder I made, it turned out pretty good.
I also made a cake that day because i like to over load myself and accomplish a bunch. The cake didn't turn out exactly like I wanted it to but it was ok. There was suppose to be a bow on the top but that was a mess, so here is the end product.
Then the next day was my Friend Nicole's Birthday and again I was making a cake. I really enjoy making cakes and Im glad that I have reasons to make them.

Thats the end of my two day cook-a-thon?

We also got a new camera of cousre. Its a little slower but Its a camera and It works.

Just a quick update!!!

I haven't been blogging lately and really I have no excuss. Jack and I have been going to school and he has been working extra hard. I have done a little baking. I made blueberry muffins and brownies. I also tried to make a cake look like a rubberband ball to give to Jack's work but it didn't turn out right so I enjoyed stabbing it with a knife and then we just ate it. We all ate dinner together for three meals last week and that was amazing. Jack and I have also been working out at least three days a week. Were so happy in our relationship. We are always learning more about each other, and am so blessed to be together.

We Know Why God Loves Texas!!! (Part One)

I will start off with saying that I had the best vacation ever. Texas is amazing and the Rowles family are the coolest. I'm so glad that I got a chance to really get to know them. Of course I took a lot of pictures and I will post as many as I can and talk about them.

We left for Texas super early and arrived around noon to begin our ten-day stay with Alyssa and her family. I will just say that their house was always exciting and I loved it.

Jack really loved being with Carson. He needs more men in his life. If you can't tell this is a picture of Jack wearing a power ranger mask and Carson wearing a power ranger suit so who's the bad guy, your guess is as good as mine.
On the second day Alyssa took me to a Tastfully Simple event. I of course enjoyed myself and it gave me time to get to know Alyssa better. She is an amazing women. hopfully what I have learned from this event will help me to do my own party for her.
One of the resturants that we went to was called Mighty Fine Burgers and the of course were mighty fine. The burgers and fries were awesome but the best part for me was the hand washing machine. You stick your hands in this metal box and soap and water starts to spin around your hands it is so exciting. After you wash your hands you get a sticker that says "I HAVE CLEAN HANDS"

While in Texas we went on a double date to this pizza place called Pizza with a Jersey Attitude. It was so cool. They only had one size which made it easy. Not to the resturants fault two things happened there that I could have done with out. First I bit into a green olive and realized after my teeth were trobbing that they have pits, and sencond I tried anchoivies and let me tell you that they are absolutly disgusting. It tasted like I was eating a raw, salty fish. At least I won't ever have to try them again.

After dinner we went to the Domaine (probably spelled it wrong) It was fun to look at the shops and just spend some quite time with Alyssa and Chet. I really liked the decorations around the windows of a purse shop we passed but I spent so much time looking at them that I didn't catch the name of the store. This vacation I tried really hard not to buy to many things for myself so it was able for Jack to get the things that he wanted. During this particular outing Jack purcashed an MP3 player and he really enjoys it.

Chet and Alyssa also bought Chet and Carson matching t-shirts. They both looked adoreable.
After the shopping we went to this amazing dessert place called Viva Chocolato! They have so much chocolate and they also had gelato, which is what we all had.

I will end this blog here because I have been on blogger for an Hour and Half and my foot is alseep. Im not sure how many parts there will be but please stay tune. I will try not to drag it on too long.

A First

Jack and I made our first strawberry pie together today. It was a wonderful time and I got some pretty good pictures of Jack in his Superman Apron. He is so adorable. I tried to make the pie yesturday but I could get the pie crust to stick together, it was all crumbly. So today I got a store bought one that I just rolled out and we cooked and the strawberry sauce stuff. It was fun and Jack always adds his humor which is great. I love when Jack cooks with me. Thats all I have to say here are the pictures.
